We will ship your order the business day following the day it was placed.
We do not offer same day shipping at this time.

Shipping within the UK
We offer shipping by Royal Mail and by UPS Standard.
All prices given are a guideline and subject to change based on the carriers live costs and fuel surcharges. Final costs will be clearly detailed at the checkout.

Royal Mail First Class Signed For; packages up to 1kg – £5 flat rate p&p
Royal Mail First Class Signed For; packages 1kg to 2kg – £7 flat rate p&p
UPS Standard Tracked & Signed; outsize & heavy parcels – £9.50 flat rate p&p
Custom build items will be delivered by van, or can be collected by arrangement.

Shipping to the EU & Rest of the World!
All of our ‘own brand’ tools are available globally! Simply select your country at the checkout to see shipping options.

Some items have regional restrictions due to contracts our suppliers have with local vendors. If you are unable to checkout with a particular item, this may be why. If you are unsure please drop us a message and we can put you in contact with a local supplier – or arrange something with them if they are out of stock.

If you have a Custom Build request we are happy to ship outside of the UK! Please email info@glasstoolbox.co.uk with details for a quote.

TAXES / CUSTOMS
Taxes are calculated automatically by our webstore based on your location and your shipping/billing details. If you are business registered in the EU, please enter your VAT number at checkout and the tax will be zero rated.
